Terms of use
Effective September 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, the planning interview, and the client portal operated by WisePath Legal LLC, doing business as WisePath Estate Planning. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Attorney advertising, not legal advice
This website is attorney advertising. Its content is general information, not legal advice for your situation. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
When you become a client
Starting or completing the interview does not make you a client, and neither does sending a note. An attorney client relationship begins only when you accept a written engagement letter from WisePath Legal LLC, and it covers only the work that letter describes. Until then, please do not send anything time sensitive and do not rely on anything you receive.
Drafts
Drafts are drafts. Do not sign, rely on, or act on any draft document until your attorney has reviewed it with you and supervised its signing.
Your account
You must be at least eighteen to use the interview and portal. Keep your sign in codes to yourself, and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, submit information about others without authority, or probe, scrape, or interfere with the site or its security.
Ownership
The content of this site belongs to WisePath Legal LLC or its licensors. The planning platform is provided by ProbateRisk under license.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about the site itself and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any duty we owe you as your attorney under an engagement letter or the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
